Migration is as quick as possible
Remove opportunities for security risks
Ensure enough time to monitor stability
Note that with the proposed approach we will be able to enable transfers 2-3 days after the state migration is done.
📆 Timeline
1. Monitor Stability [March 11 - March 28]
Since the moment the shell is on-boarded onto Polkadot, stability of the chain will be monitored & tested until the migration process begins.
2. Bootstrap Council [expected before March 28]
3. State Migration [expected the week of March 28]
This is the crucial step, and involves:
Halting the Centrifuge <> Ethereum bridge
Disabling transfers on standalone PoS chain
Take Snapshot and execute migration of data with Sudo
4. Remove Sudo + Enable All Calls [after at least a 48h period of stability]
5. Enable Crowdloan Claiming [immediately after sudo removal]
6. Implement Collator Strategy
